Flexfit 6100NU nu Series — the classic, rebuilt
The nu Series is Flexfit going back over its own best-known cap and fixing the things nobody complained about but everybody noticed. The front panel is built in three layers and the internal seams are sealed with tape, which produces a front face that's noticeably flatter and smoother than a standard six-panel — no ridge running up the middle, no puckering where the panels meet.
That smooth front is why this style has become a favorite among people who put artwork on caps: a flat surface takes detail cleanly. If you're ordering blanks to decorate, this is the one to look at.
ActiveGuard treatment handles odor over long wear, and the fabric has a slight stretch to it, so the cap gives without losing its shape. It's a fitted cap, closed back, with the YP four-bar mark placed subtly on the wearer's right side.
Getting the size right
S/M fits 6¾" to 7¼". L/XL fits 7⅛" to 7⅝". If you land in the overlap, S/M is the snugger wear.

Great hat .. it's comfortable and soft and its form holds!
Well when I tell you that The Hat Pros is an awesome place to pick up great hats you can believe me or not but let me tell you something that proves it. I was sent the wrong size hat in this Dark Navy Color. That was the first time that I had ever needed to contact Customer service about. Not only were they courteous and awesome when I wrote to them, they also contacted me personally to offer their apology that my order was incorrect they also sent me the right sized cap. Also they told me to keep the wrong sized cap and the correct cap was sent to me without any shipping cost. It does not get any better than that.
The USPS failed to deliver the original order properly. However, the Hat Pros customer service representative expedited the delivery of the replacement order. Great customer service .
